11th Aoyama Bread Festival
The theme is “Picnic with bread at Aoyama. Sharing and eating together, a happy weekend”
“Aoyama Bread Festival” was started in 2013 autumn, it is a festival that bread bakery gather from all over Japan. In two days, a total of 80 shops or more are opened, and about 50,000 people visit to enjoy the bread.
This theme is “Picnic with bread at Aoyama. Sharing and eating together, a happy weekend”.
A set of luxurious sandwich made by 6 chefs and a drink compatible with each sandwich is sold only in advance web reservation and can be tasted at the venue on the designated day.
Also, “Disco Soup” will be held to provide a chance to learn about food waste disposal issues. Soup is made using vegetables that can not be distributed to the market because of scratches, bad shapes, nonstandard sizes and so on.
During the event period, a free tasting booth of fresh flavored cheese “Boursin” appeared. Since the tasting will end when the stock runs out, please go early.
Because “Farmer’s Market @ UNU” that gather seasonal delicious vegetables will be held at the same time, you can enjoy to think of cuisine to fit the bread.
