Gathered representative masterpiece of the European modern painting

Monet, Degas, Renoir, Van Gogh, Gauguin, Cezanne, Matisse, Modigliani, such as Picasso, the gathered paintings of the great masters to represent the modern European painting, “Detroit Institute of Arts Exhibition” is coming to Tokyo.

Since its founding in 1885, through the funding of the leading authors of the automotive industry, Detroit Institute of Arts has grown as a museum, which boasts a collection of the world’s leading. The opportunity the financial collapse of the Detroit City in 2013, the possibility of the collection sold for the purpose of securing financial resources of the city has been rumored.
