It is Japan’s largest samba carnival where samba dance team gather from all over Japan.
In order to enjoy brilliant performances by dancers wearing colorful costumes, it is crowded with 500,000 spectators each year. The samba carnival, which is held in Asakusa where old-fashioned scenery remains, wraps up the hot summer in Tokyo.
