Enjoy VR experience at “VR PARK TOKYO”. New attraction, bungee jumping added!
In 2016, the release of VR related equipment to enjoy the world of “virtual reality” and the development of VR related services were successive, becoming the year that can be said as the first year of VR.
Among such trends, opened on December 16 in a convenient place that is a 5-minute walk from JR Shibuya Station, “VR PARK TOKYO” is an amusement facility where you can enjoy various VR attractions.
VR users as well as VR unexperienced users can feel free to visit and experience the virtual reality world, and it is popular as more than 15,000 visitors are attending in less than 3 months from the opening of the facility.
And on March 10, 2017, the seventh machine was added, and the new attraction “Jungle Bungee VR” appeared.
In “Jungle Bungee VR”, the wire goes up and down in a state of being hung by a swing harness (safety belt). It is feeling that it jumps up 40 to 50 meters at a stretch between the trees of the jungle.
VR bungee jumps that you can experience in the center of Shibuya, after school, on the way home from the office, on the way of shopping and dating, must also be popular.
Other than that, there are six attractions including “Solomon Carpet VR” which fights against monsters by riding on magic carpets, “CIRCLE OF SAVIORS BEGINNERS” which defeats enemies by using sword and magic as the hero of fantasy world.
There are attractions that can be enjoyed by one person or up to four people at the same time. As you can play for 80 minutes, you can try various attractions, and you are free to repeatedly experience your favorite attractions.
Although you can purchase admission tickets on the day, advance booking is also available on the official website. If you make advance reservation you can enter 400 yen cheaper than purchase the day.
Please note that reception time + explanation is 20 minutes, VR experience is 80 minutes, and the VR experience time will be shortened if it is late for the specified time.
